About Us

We are the Staton family and we are currently working in Puebla, Mexico with an organization called ILAM [International Leadership Advancement Ministries. We are working to reach the unreached people groups of Mexico with the life-giving message of the gospel. We hope that through our website, our blog and our newsletter you can feel connected to these stories and you can catch some of our excitement about what God is doing in Mexico!

wears many hats as a missionary. His days may entail website updates, photographing events, manual labor, event planning, evangelism and discipleship strategies for youth and anything else needed on the ILAM team. His philosophy is to be flexible and fill whatever need arises; which keeps him incredibly busy!

spends most of the time behind her computer working to design anything and everything needed by the ministry. This ranges from business cards to flyers, brochures and websites. She loves working to make things look and function better.

attends pre-school, is learning how to use the potty and is saying more Spanish words everyday.
