Happy New Year! I know we’ve been MIA these last few months…and we’ve had lots of questions about where we are and what we’re doing, so I figured it was time to answer in one post. We moved from Puebla back to the States in November and have spent the last month or so re-acclamating to being back and celebrating the Holidays with our families. Yes, I’m still working on my Spanish. You’d think after taking 5 years of Spanish classes and living here for 8 months I’d have it down, right? Nope. I understand a lot, but I have this terrible fear of speaking! My tongue gets all frozen when I’m forced to speak. I...

We’re back in Mexico! After spending a month visiting family in Colorado and Arizona and attending the 2011 General Council of the A/G, we are glad to be back home! We had a wonderful time introducing Pax to all of our family, doing a few vacation-type activities and catching up with friends. It was fun to eat at all of our favorite restaurants, shop at Target, drink water from the faucet and many other things that are very different from our life in Mexico…but…the most refreshing thing was time spent with friends and family. It was so fun to see our boys with their grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins, but it made it...
